We deliver to the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Ireland only (check the delivery zones below).
All orders received before 3pm will be delivered within 1 – 3 working days, excluding Bank Holidays.
Deliveries to Eire, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take up to 5 days.
Deliveries need to be signed for, so please provide instructions if you suspect you may not be in. For example, you may indicate that a neighbouring address could receive the goods.
If no-one is available to receive the goods, a card will be left providing instructions on how to organise a re-delivery.

We operate a no quibble return policy for any goods that are returned unopened and in their original packaging, and you will be refunded in full (except the cost of shipping).
Under these circumstances, please note that you will be required to pay the cost of postage for any returned goods that you decide you no longer want.
