By offering extended cleaning cycles, from the traditional 7-day industry standard to 28-days, Avani ProClean™ reduces the frequency with which lines are emptied. This approach cuts wasted product by 75%, allowing venues to retain that product as saleable beer, whilst line hygiene remains at the highest standards.

The result is better operational efficiency, more profits and satisfied customers.

Sustainability has been at the core of Avani’s approach since the company was founded. ProClean™ was developed with this in mind, the most sustainable relationship we can have with beer is drinking it – never pouring it away.

More than a decade since the first line clean, ProClean™ continues to help operators reduce waste, control costs, and maintain consistent high dispense standards. All of this while making a tangible impact on our collective obligation to reduce waste and work towards to Net-Zero.

Since 2012 ProClean™ and ProClean PLUS™ has helped our customers save over 8 million pints, and this figure is rising each day. Over the long term, Avani remain committed to helping the licensed hospitality sector reduce waste and serve higher-quality beer.

*Pints saved is worked out using recorded wastage figures, and compared to a weekly line clean. Chemical Avoided, Water Saved, Dispense Gas Saved, and CO2e Saved in Product, are all calculated from the Pints saved number.

Statistics Sources
Beer saved: According to the WWF & NOOA Fisheries, Adult Blue Whales weigh between 150 – 200 tonnes.

CO2 saved: According to the WWF & National Geographic, a fully grown male African elephant weighs 6 tonnes (average) and can be up to 7 tonnes.

Water saved: According to World Aquatics (formerly FINA) and Wikipedia, Olympic swimming pools must be 50(l) x 25(w) metres, with a minimum 2 metre depth.
