We review, reset and report to rescue your system

Occasionally a regular maintenance clean just isn’t enough. If you’ve inherited a neglected system or suspect you have an infection in your lines, our SOS Rescue Cleans™ can help put things right so you’re ready to go.

With this service, you get total removal of all organic and mineral deposits in the dispense system through an all-in-one deep clean. We use a defined combination of high quality alkaline, acid and neutralising chemicals in a prescribed method that’s designed to systematically isolate and resolve hygiene-related dispense issues to a verifiable level of clean.

Our technicians will also carry out an equipment review and assessment of operational practices, then provide a report and recommendations so you know what’s what and have the reassurance of a complete reset to help deliver better quality beer.

You need:
- To resolve customer complaints caused by beer taste issues
- To remove excessive gas (fobbing) in some or all beers
- To reset the dispense system following a period of neglect or excessively high cellar and/or remote cooler temperatures
We deliver:
- The total removal of all organic and mineral deposits in the dispense system
- A deep clean of all cellar equipment
- A deep clean of the taps, seals and nozzles
- The removal of taints which cause taste issues
- A detailed report of findings, actions and recommendations

Which SOS level do you need?

SOS Level 1
- Removal of organic contamination that can occur over time (yeast and biofilm) along the entire dispense system
SOS Level 2
- Removal of organic contamination AND scale (particularly relevant for hard water areas where traditional line cleaning chemicals fail to address limescale build-up)
SOS Level 3
- Removal of organic contamination, scale AND flavour taints (to include water taints and phenolic off-flavours that traditional cleaning methods fail to address)
